Winery Tour with Tasting in the Roero – Cascina Ciapat Roero

• CLASSIC TOUR – Duration: approximately 1 hour and 30 min | Cost €20/person
  Includes:
  • Tasting of 1 white wine directly from the barrel
  • Table tasting of 2 wines of your choice, with salami and cheese, accompanied by Cugnà or Honey.
  • Tasting of our own Hazelnuts
  • Tasting of Nebbiolo Chinato Famija

• SUPER TOUR – Duration: approximately 2 hours | Cost €45/person
  Includes:
  • Welcome Aperitif with our Lunetta Soprana
  Extra Dry Sparkling Wine
  • Tasting of 2 white wines directly from the barrels
  • Table tasting of 2 bottles of your choice,
  accompanied by salami, cheese with Honey, Hazelnuts
  and Nebbiolo Cugnà.
  • Tasting of Nebbiolo Chinato Famija accompanied
  by Hazelnut Cream.

• PREPARE TAJARIN AND TASTE THE WINES AND PRODUCTS
  Prepare with us the most typical fresh pasta of Langhe and Roero
  Together with Ilaria, equipped with aprons, we will mix eggs and flour to obtain the dough and subsequently, thanks to the traditional machine, we will obtain tajarin.
  A simple and relaxing experience, suitable for everyone, young and old. Once the preparation is finished, we will move to the winery to learn about our winemaking and taste the wines and products of our own production.
  The tasting includes 3 glasses of wine, accompanied by our Piedmont PGI hazelnuts
  , artisan salami and Raschera cheese with honey and Nebbiolo
  Cugnà.

• E-BIKE IN ROERO AND WINERY TASTING
  In collaboration with Roero E-Bike
  An experience designed to also enjoy the nature of Roero, in addition to its wonderful wines and typical products of our own production.
  Cycle with e-bikes from the rental to our cascina, where the tasting will take place.
  The Experience begins in Sommariva Perno, directly at the Roero E-bike shop where Ruggero, a simple and “down-to-earth” owner, will provide you with the e-bikes. From here begins a ride of approximately 35/40 minutes that will take you to our Cascina*.
  Here you can relax seated at the table in our tasting room, or at the outdoor tables, in the shade of the lime trees if the weather permits.
  • The tasting includes 3 glasses of wine, accompanied by our Piedmont PGI Hazelnuts
  , Raschera cheese with honey and Nebbiolo cugnà and artisan
  salami.
  • For any purchases, shipping directly to your home is complimentary!
  After the tasting, you can resume your ride to return to the
  rental.*There are two options for the ride:
  – Follow the route independently (with google maps)
  – have Ruggero as a guide to see little gems that only locals
  know. A different tour, also passing through dirt roads, centuries-old woods and
  characteristic views of the Rocche.
  The additional cost for this service is €150 one-time (fixed price from 2 to 15
  participants. Paid directly to the rental).
