Vallegioia Nebbiolo Rosé

Obtained from the white vinification (i.e., without maceration on the skins) of our Nebbiolo grapes.

Color: Pale cherry red (onion skin)
Bouquet: Rich in fruity and floral notes, with excellent persistence. Small red forest fruits such as raspberry and currant are perceived, along with floral hints of geranium and violet, featuring good salinity and minerality due to the soil and grape variety.
Palate:The flavor is elegant yet simple and pleasantly fresh, featuring a full tannic structure very typical of Nebbiolo. It is balanced and harmonious on the palate with good acidity. The aroma and flavor reflect the olfactory notes, with a fresh and lively taste characterized by fruity and crisp qualities.
Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif. Recommended with delicate dishes, cold appetizers, omelets, small salads, and fresh cow’s milk cheeses. It also pairs very well with white meat dishes and seafood.
