Educational Grape Harvest

PROGRAM
9:00 AM: MEETING AT THE FARMHOUSE A coffee all together and then we get ready with shears, gloves, and crates for the harvest.
9:20 AM: THE GRAPE HARVEST BEGINS The activity takes place in pairs, filling one crate at a time.
10:00 AM: HARVEST COMPLETED We move to the farmhouse with the full crates to perform the crushing “the old-fashioned way,” treading the grapes with our feet.
10:40 AM: TASTING TOGETHER At the table, the group will enjoy a tasting of Roero Arneis DOCG, Barbera d’Alba DOC, and Roero DOCG, accompanied by salami and cheese with our Nebbiolo Cugnà.
