A table wine, ideal for daily consumption. It is the same wine we provide in bulk or in bag-in-box.
In the order notes, please specify which wine you prefer among Barbera, Dolcetto, or Nebbiolo.

Harvest: manual during the second ten days of September, with careful selection of the grapes, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
Aging: in stainless steel and bottled in spring.

Color: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: with hints of ripe red fruit and forest berries.
Palate: dry, pleasantly bitterish, with moderate acidity, good body, and harmonious
Food pairings: Ideal as an all-around wine for daily consumption. Recommended with vegetable appetizers and cured meats; legume soups, risottos, ravioli; veal and beef
Serving temperature: 17°C
