Vintage on sale: 2025

Color: intense ruby red with purple reflections, tending toward garnet with aging

Aroma: on the nose it presents fully ripe fruit (crushed cherry, plum) with excellent fresh notes, as well as a floral note (dark rose).

Taste: dry, well-structured, with the grape variety’s typical acidity quite pronounced when young. With aging it assumes composure, great balance and harmony between the acidity and the tannins from the wood, increasing fragrance and elegance.

Food pairings: can be paired with a wide range of dishes, from egg pasta preparations with meat sauce to more general red meat dishes, including grilled. Excellent pairing with game, pork, lamb and kid. Pairs perfectly with medium-aged cheeses.
