DARK HAZELNUT CREAM 210g

Artisanal spreadable cream made with “Piedmont Hazelnut P.G.I.”
Excellent for preparing cakes and desserts, but also simply on bread or rusks.

Ingredients: Hazelnuts 55%, cocoa, sugar, soy lecithin. GLUTEN FREE.

VALUABLE INFO:
– Hazelnuts contain a lot of oil which, being lighter than the paste, can be found in a surface layer. Simply stir it with a teaspoon to blend it back into the paste. This natural process is a hallmark of the quality of the raw material.
– Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 10 days (refrigeration is not necessary. The biscuit pantry is perfectly fine)
