Madernassa Pear Extra Fruit Jam 210g

We have 5 Madernassa pear trees in the surroundings of our farmhouse. A variety typical of the Roero region that is perfect for cooking thanks to its firm and very sweet flesh.
We transform it into an excellent extra fruit jam (with peel and pulp!)
Ideal for sweet breakfasts or snacks and for filling cakes and desserts, but also heated and eaten as “cooked pears”.
