making cakes and desserts, but also simply on bread or toast.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 10 days (it is not necessary to refrigerate. The cookie pantry is perfect).
Hazelnuts contain a lot of oil, which, being lighter than the paste, is found in a surface layer. Simply stir it with a teaspoon to re-integrate it into the paste. This natural process is synonymous with the quality of the raw material.
